Big Black Ants (carpenter??)?
I live in MN. I have seen 2 big black ants on our back patio outside (cement), 1 in our bedroom (main floor), and 1 in the basement (in a box…we just moved in 6 months ago). I think they are carpenter ants. But since there are only a couple and spread all over. Do I need to worry? If so, how do I get rid of them?? Will a fog bomb work? I have kids and a cat so I’d like to keep everyone safe while not getting damage to our newly purchased home. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed and appreciated! Thanks!
