My husband is remodeling a home riden with termites. Orkin has treated the home to eliminate them.?

Do you know what to do about damaged plywood floors? Can he cut out damaged areas or does he need to replace the whole floor? Or is it possible to just go over the original plywood with new 1/2" plywood? Orkin says he can just go over it. And do the homeowners have to worry about it if they want to sell the house in a couple of years? Do they have to disclose the fact that they had termites?

How to stop termites in front of my house?

There are a freaking lot of termites that swarmed in front of my house for no reason. They are really annoying. How do i make them die? I don’t wanna have to go outside and give them a chance to get beyond my doorstep.
i had the house treated recently. are they coming from my house even after i had it fumigated? (or gassed or whatever you call it)

Chimpanzee tool usage: Termite fishing

A wonderful example of chimpanzee tool usage, by taking and modifying twigs to fish for termites within their hard nests. Also illustrates that the understanding that tools having different properties are useful for different applications. This behaviour was first discovered by Jane Goodall in 1960, and was the first known example of tool making and usage outside of humans, causing archaeologist Louis Leakey to declare: “Now we must redefine tool, redefine Man, or accept chimpanzees as humans.” From the Ape segment (part 3) of the BBC documentary “Cousins”. What is the best way to treat subterranean termites when the house has a monolithic foundation?

Termites have not been found inside the house. Would a perimeter treament be just as effective as the (drilling and power spray of the chemical) since the foundation of the house is monolithic?

What's the best way to protect my home from termites?

I heard there was a ‘termite’ mesh that could be added to the exterior. I also know about not having water or plants with in a few feet of my home. I want to make sure my home is going to last for along time. I live in an area that has formosa termites. What are my options (least expensive to most expensive).
