how can i get rid of fire ants in my front yard?
i was just outside and i found a whole bunch of Fire Ants. i cant use the bug spray because i am alergic to them all. do you know what i can use?? this is kind of an emergency because i have a baby brother and sister. can you please help me?? tell me as soon as possible what you think.

Go to hardware store and get ant killer (comes in a tube, is gooey, be very careful not to allow kids to get into it (or pets)…..ants eat it, go back to nest, die, other ants eat them, they die, etc. Will kill off entire colony!

Go to a plant nursery that carries organic items. You need to get organic granules. You spread them out very sparsely. A little goes a long ways. spread a little heavier right around the mound, but don’t cover it, and don’t disturb the ants. They will find it carry it inside and all the ants will eat from it and die. Check with the poison specialist at the nursery, but mine was safe around animals and kids.
