Get Rid of Carpenter Ants

I parked under a tree for about 2 days and now it seems like somewhere in my car is infested with carpenter ants. They seem to be coming out of the front of the dashboard where the air conditioning holes are. How can i get rid of them?

I looked for ant killers at the local store but all the ones I can use in the car don’t kill carpenter ants…
