Termite Swarmers

Termite colonies release swarmers or winged reproductives. This video shows swarmers that were released from an Eastern Subterranean Termite Colony in Georgia. Commonly found in the spring, termite swarmers leave existing colonies seeking out a mate and a new location to start a nest.

How to track Carpenter Ant Trails and see where they nest.

Tracking Carpenter Ants can help identify nest locations so you can directly treat them for fast control. Carpenter ants will commonly have several nest sites and if you watch them foraging you can almost always find key locations that will need treatment. Remember, an active ant is either walking away or back to a nest so there is at least a 50% chance watching it will provide valuable information.
