I am going to replace fascia board as multiple holes made by carpenters ants what should I use ., treated wood or other material

I have termites and got two bids which are comparable around ,100. One Company uses Sentricon which uses tubes and a bait system over a 2 year period. The tubes are in the ground, scanned and monitored periodically for termites. After that I would have to pay 5 per year annually if I want to continue. The other Company usesTermidor and provides a 1 year warranty. With Termidor they drill holes and spot treat. After that I have to pay 7 per year. Has anyone had experience with either of these? What are the advantages or disadvantages with either?
I need to treat existing termites as well as PREVENT them. How can I do both?

I parked under a tree for about 2 days and now it seems like somewhere in my car is infested with Carpenter Ants. They seem to be coming out of the front of the dashboard where the air conditioning holes are. How can i get rid of them?
I looked for ant killers at the local store but all the ones I can use in the car don’t kill carpenter ants…

What can I do to get rid of Carpenter Ants, any safe home remedy other than glue boards. I really don’t have the $ to have Orkin come and drill holes in my walls. Please help!
